Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within
within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the items less
the shipping charges. We deduct a 20% restocking charge for shirts since they
are made to a size and color of your choice and are not a stock item. Items
that have been customized from your artwork or made from your artwork or photos
cannot be returned. Sales are final on customized items.
Merchandise Return Policy
When returning an item, please include the original invoice or a copy of the
invoice, with the item number of each piece of merchandise being returned noted
on the invoice, and the reason for the return on the back of the invoice and
include it with your return package. If you do not have the invoice, put your
name and address on a note with the package. Please be sure to indicate whether
a replacement, exchange, credit, or refund is desired. Insure the package with
the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier of your choice. Take into account when
choosing a carrier, that we will not accept a package COD. You will be responsible
for any return shipping charges and insurance unless we shipped the wrong things
and we are exchanging it for the correct items and in that case we will take
care of getting the items sent back to us. Refunds will only be for the amount
of the merchandise returned. Shipping will be charged on exchanges unless we
sent the wrong item and in that case we will pay shipping back to you for the
correct item.

Terms
Strictly Animals gladly accepts VISA, Master card, American Express and
Discover. Checks drawn on U.S. banks and money orders in U.S. funds are always
welcome. All pieces are shipped UPS or USPS with insurance as soon as payment
is received. Buyer pays shipping charges.
Backorders
We will notify you via email within 48 hours of placing your order if an item
is temporarily out of stock. We will then give you an estimation of when the
item will be shipped.
